In the spring of 2011, two 25-year-old men were shot and killed within a week of each other in Ansonia, Conn.

The killers in both crimes remain free.

In this episode, Margaret Rivera talks about her nephew, Isaia Hernandez, who was killed outside a gas station on Wakelee Avenue.

Hernandez was a father and a popular athlete growing up. His father was his best friend. She urges anyone with information on the case to contact Ansonia police.

Then Ansonia Police Lt. Patrick Lynch comes on the broadcast to shed some new light on the Hernandez murder. Lynch also discusses the shooting death of Daryl Venson, another open homicide in Ansonia.

The two cases, though a week apart, are not thought to be connected.

In this interview with Paul Bass of The New Haven Independent/WNHH-LP FM, Graham-Hunt recalls an embarrassing high school story she dubbed "vaginagate."

"If we begin to process our pain, I mean really pay attention to it, we can use it to our advantage," she says on her website, ProcessingPain.com. "Pain is a language. It tells us that we need to go in a different direction. Pain can be a blessing."
