Past budget discussions in Ansonia have been tumultuous. But the attitude seems a bit more positive this year, with school and city officials starting with a clean slate.

 

'Navel Gazing' is the a weekly podcast hosted by reporters Eugene Driscoll and Ethan Fry of ValleyIndy.org.
